Meditation is a skill that can be acquired by anyone. The hard part is consistently showing up. I have made these meditations to serve as a resource to help you relax, feel inspired, or get pumped up. You pick what you need… then simply sit back and listen. Let your mind go where it wants. Then remember to question and study your thoughts as a student of yourself. Your thoughts happen for a reason…
